The Ohsho Set is a luxurious combination that allows you to enjoy gyoza, fried rice, and ramen all at once.

First, the ramen. It features a light soup that is gentle yet full of flavor, complementing the gyoza and fried rice perfectly. The crispy green onions and juicy chashu were also excellent.

Next, the popular Osaka Ohsho gyoza. These handmade dumplings have a crispy skin and a generous filling. The filling, made with domestically sourced vegetables, has a rich flavor that makes you want to eat more and more! I particularly loved the sauce provided on the table, which enhanced the flavor of the gyoza even more when dipped in.

Finally, the fried rice. It has perfectly fluffy rice with just the right amount of saltiness and a rich umami flavor. It’s simple yet incredibly satisfying. My personal recommendation is to add a bit of the gyoza sauce halfway through eating to change the flavor. It adds a new dimension to the fried rice!
