The purpose of my blog
In this blog, I share my love for Fukuoka by delivering information about this amazing city. From tasty food recommendations to must-visit spots, I’ll showcase the charms of Fukuoka as a local. I’ll also write about exploring the city on bicycles, as it’s a convenient mode of transportation here. To ensure everyone, including international readers, can enjoy Fukuoka, I publish articles in English as well. I hope this blog creates enjoyable moments and wonderful memories shared with my readers!
About Me
I used to work as a construction site supervisor, traveling nationwide for about 10 years. However, I had the opportunity to learn web design through vocational training, where I discovered the allure of creating through the web. Taking this as an opportunity for a career change, I now work as a web designer for a local business in Fukuoka. I’m involved in web development and management of owned media, as well as designing print materials, and I’m enjoying fulfilling days in my work.
In the midst of it all, I developed a desire to pursue personal media management, leading me to create the blog “Explore Fukuoka.” I designed it using a self-made WordPress theme and even created the illustrations for my profile. Through this blog, I hope to further enhance my own skills and expertise. Thank you for reading.
